Four ways we keep your platform working.
Each service stands on its own or combines with the others into a full lifecycle engagement. Everything is listed here in the open — scope, deliverables, and what you can expect.
D365 Implementation & Enhancement
New rollouts, re-implementations and upgrades of existing environments — scoped tightly, built upgrade-safe, delivered by the person who designed them. We implement across the Dynamics 365 CE suite: Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys.
Good fit when: you’re starting with Dynamics, re-implementing a system that grew crooked, or extending a live environment without breaking it.
What’s included
- Greenfield implementations & re-implementations
- Feature enhancement of live environments
- Upgrade-safe customisation review & cleanup
- Form, process & UX simplification
- Security model & role design
You walk away with
- A documented solution design (with the “why”)
- A configured, tested system your team can run
- Training & structured handover — no black boxes
Integrations & System Connectivity
Dynamics talking reliably to ERP, billing, web and legacy systems — with monitoring built in, not bolted on. This is the work that decides whether your platform survives month-end.
Good fit when: an interface fails silently, integrations depend on one person re-running jobs, or a legacy system needs a managed retirement.
What’s included
- API & middleware integration architecture
- Azure Integration Services (Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions)
- Error handling, retry & alerting patterns
- Daily reconciliation & monitoring dashboards
- Legacy system connectivity & retirement
You walk away with
- A monitored integration layer that fails loudly
- Dead-letter queues and alerting for every asynchronous interface
- A daily triage log with a fixed verdict vocabulary — transient, resolved, bug, open — and a numbered dead-letter runbook
In practice that has meant Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions on the transport side; Dataverse plugins and custom workflow activities, Power Automate, custom connectors, webhooks, Dataverse events and change tracking, virtual tables — and alternate keys treated as the integration contract. KingswaySoft and SSIS where ETL earns its place, plain REST where it doesn’t, Exchange server-side sync, scheduled batch and file exchanges when the other system insists, and read-only SQL over the TDS endpoint when something needs diagnosing. Still fluent in the older dialects, too — OData, SOAP, and the on-premises SQL era of CRM.
Discuss an integration →Marketing, Journeys & Customer Data
Customer Insights and journey orchestration on top of data that is actually fit to use. Campaigns are only as good as the segmentation underneath them — so we start there.
Good fit when: marketing doesn’t trust CRM data, duplicates keep coming back, or you’re moving to real-time journeys and want it done right the first time.
What’s included
- Customer Insights – Journeys setup
- Segmentation and audience definition that survives a data model change
- Consent management & GDPR alignment
- Deduplication & data quality programme
- Campaign-to-CRM attribution
You walk away with
- Journeys running on segments people trust
- A data quality process that keeps running after the cleanup
- One authoritative consent record per unique address, with a working double-opt-in path per market
Advisory, Architecture & Lifecycle Support
A senior partner for the decisions that outlast projects — and steady support after go-live. This is how small stays safe: everything documented, nothing dependent on memory.
Good fit when: you need a second opinion on an architecture, a health check before an upgrade, or a long-term partner who already knows your system.
What’s included
- Solution architecture & design authority
- Platform health checks & audits
- Environment, release & ALM strategy
- Architecture decision records (ADRs)
- Long-term application lifecycle support
You walk away with
- A written, prioritised assessment — even if you fix it yourself
- A release process that survives staff changes
- A partner on call who knows the history
Start from the symptom.
Most clients don’t come with a service name — they come with a problem. These are the four we hear most often.
“Our integration breaks and nobody notices until finance calls.”
Integrations & Connectivity →“Marketing doesn’t trust the data, and the duplicates keep coming back.”
Journeys & Customer Data →“Every change breaks something else — the system grew crooked.”
Implementation & Enhancement →“We need someone senior to look at this before we invest further.”
Advisory & Lifecycle →Three engagement models.
Fixed-scope delivery
A defined outcome, a defined price. Implementation, integration or migration work with clear acceptance criteria and a documented handover.
Ongoing support
A monthly allocation of senior hours for enhancements, monitoring and support — same person, accumulated context, no re-onboarding tax.
Architecture on call
Health checks, design reviews and second opinions, billed by the day. Useful before big decisions — and much cheaper than after them.
