What personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have. Written to be read, not to be scrolled past.

We are the data controller for the personal data described below.
What we collect, and why
Contact form and email enquiries. When you contact us through the form on this site or by email, we receive the details you provide: typically your name, email address, company, and the content of your message. We use them for one purpose — to respond to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to prepare for working together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) in server logs, as virtually every website does. This is used only for security and troubleshooting, based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).
Downloads. Our guides and checklists are free to download and are not gated — we do not ask for your email address, and we do not track who downloads them.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not profile you and we do not make automated decisions about you. This website does not use analytics or marketing tools.
Cookies
This website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function. It does not use tracking or advertising cookies, which is why you do not see a cookie banner.
Who has access to your data
Your data is processed on our behalf by the providers that operate our website and email: the hosting infrastructure is run by NEOSERV (Slovenia, EU), and the hosting account is administered by our technical partner. Your data stays within the EU.
We disclose personal data to third parties only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case the conversation continues. If we enter into a business relationship, related correspondence and contractual records are kept as required by Slovenian accounting and tax legislation. Server logs are retained by the hosting provider for a short, industry-standard period.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Just write to info@dynaverto.si — no form or procedure; a plain email is enough. We will respond within one month.
If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority: Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it — for example, if we add a newsletter — we will update this policy and change the date at the top. We will not quietly expand what we do with your data.
